Preeti Vashisht Joshi is a renowned pageant and model coach.

She has over 8 years of experience in the IT industry working with companies like Mercer Consulting, Ericsson, IBM, and World Network Services.

Preeti discovered her passion for pageantry at the age of 30 and has won several titles, including Mrs India Worldwide and Mrs Delhi, Mrs Talented & Mrs Photogenic.

She is the founder of Gleamdiva Academy, which helps aspiring models and pageant contestants reach their full potential.

Preeti is an affiliated Talent Partner with the FEMINA Miss India Organization, and has helped over 1500+ girls and ladies transform their careers and lives.

She has introduced and organized two national pageants and a fashion show under the Gleamdiva Umbrella in 2022, showcasing her deep understanding of the industry and passion for empowering women.

She has graced the Grand Jurys of several pageants and events like world super model, Miss Capital of India, Mrs Legacy and many more.

Daisy Mijiji is the Director of Northeast Zone at Gleamdiva Pageant & Model Training Academy.

Daisy has taken the franchisee for the Northeast zone of Gleamdiva and has played a vital role in its success.

She has achieved remarkable success in the pageant industry.She is the proud winner of the prestigious Mrs. Arunachal 2022 title, runners up at the Mrs. India 2023 pageant & also won the coveted title of Mrs. India Glamorous 2023.Her success in the pageant industry has inspired many young women to follow in her footsteps and pursue their dreams.

She is also a successful businesswoman and has been actively involved in various social causes. She is a strong advocate for women's empowerment and believes in creating opportunities for women to excel in their chosen fields.

As the director of the Northeast Zone at Gleamdiva, Daisy brings her wealth of experience and expertise to the table. She is passionate about helping young women realize their full potential.Daisy is dedicated to providing them with the best possible training and guidance to achieve their dreams.

SEEMA VASHISHTH

Vice President

Seema Vashishth is the Vice President and Communication Coach at Gleamdiva Finishing Academy.

She brings with her an illustrious roster of experience, including being a part of the UK-based Alpine Group's coffee table book on the 50 Most Influential Women Worldwide in 2018 and receiving several awards such as the Elite Face of India 2018 and the Pride of India award by the India-Ukraine Club.

Seema has over 20 years of experience as an academician, serving as School Principal and winning the coveted crowns of Mrs India World 2018 and Mrs International India Queen 2018.

Credibility and confidence are the core of her modules at Gleamdiva, which is a result of her institutionalized course in personality development and communication skills from the Defence Services Staff College-Wellington, devoted training in 'Pageant Ramp Walk and Make Up' from the KOSTROMICHOVA Model School Kyiv, Ukraine, and the London School of Pageantry.

Seema is also an Advisor at the Head and Heart IMBO - Innovative Mid-Brain Optimisation Institute, highlighting her dedication towards helping individuals achieve their full potential.

Namrata Senani Garg is a multi-talented personality with great achievements in various fields.

She is a crown winner of Mrs Delhi NCR 2017 and a popular face in the advertising industry with over 150 TV and digital ads for top-notch brands.

Namrata has also showcased her acting skills in several short films and web series like Tandav and Made in Heaven on Amazon prime and Netflix.

She has been associated with beauty pageants as a mentor and judge, proving her proficiency in judging and mentoring.

Namrata is a respected personality in the modeling and pageantry industry and has been invited as a judge and guest of honour for various competitions and cultural programs.

He has worked with notable celebrities like Malaika Arora and Raveena Tandon.
